Lighting charcoal is very easy to do, oh yes it is! – if you do it the right way….
For starters our best selling line is our pre treated Instant Lighting charcoal, which really does what it says on the tin – just remove one or two inner bags (dependent on the size of your barbecue) and add to the barbecue fire grate and light the corner with a single match wait 20mins or so for the flames to die down and your all ready your cook.
On to our Lumpwood charcoal, using our lighting gel, build a mound of charcoal cover with gel or fluid, light and wait.
On to our Briquettes charcoal, using our lighting gel, build a mound of charcoal cover with gel or fluid, light and wait.
Another great way is just use 3 lighting cubes or even newspaper under a chimney you can pick these up cheaply from your DIY retailers to help accelerated the lighting process, in 15-20 minutes and the coals will be ready to cook on, plus you can use the chimney as a measure jug for the charcoal amount. But try to pick one with plenty of ventilation or wire grills at the bottom, as these work the best!
