This delicious twist on a traditional burger by adding delicious Kikkoman Teriyaki marinade will be a hit with the family at dinner time.

Ingredients
- 500g lean beef mince
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 medium red chilli, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki marinade
- 1 egg
- 50g breadcrumbs
- ½ tbsp ground coriander
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- Salt and pepper
To serve
- Toasted buns and a green salad, onions and cucumber to finish.
Method
Add the ingredients, except for the teriyaki marinade, to a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Divide into four balls then shape into 4 patties, no thicker than 2cm. Place the burgers into the fridge for 10 minutes while the barbecue heats up. Brush the burgers with the teriyaki marinade and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side and serve straight away in buns with salad etc to taste.
