The kamado is a thick-walled cooker that imparts rich, smoky flavor to meats, fish and vegetables. Relatively unchanged for centuries, air flows through the grill’s ceramic body and out its vented dome, chunk charcoal comes to life as smoke and heat.

Love the look of our new Kamado BBQ. Build and quality seems good. Instruction easy to follow however do need very strong people to help as product is very heavy. Could not wait to try out our new BBQ. Followed the instructions to ensure the curing process was carried out and then decided to try something simple and make a home made pizza using the pizza stone which came free with our purchase. Sadly after 3 hours of trying to get the bbq up to temperature we ended up cooking our pizza in our kitchen oven as the bbq never reached above 165oC. Please advise Bar be quick is there something else we should be doing. The bottom and top vents had been opened fully and the charcoal glowing.

Great piece of kit . The ultimate BBQ. Could not resist buying it at this bargain price 50% off. Been after one for a few years but I could not personally justify paying the price of these Kamado BBQ. Other makes are even more expensive. Then came Barbequicks big sale, and my Weber kettle BBQ was put out to pasture. Not had chance to use it yet . I’m a fair weather bbq-er. But I have fully assembled it. Assembly is not rocket science either . But it’s definitely a 2 person lift to put the main body of the BBQ into the stand.
