    Love the look of our new Kamado BBQ. Build and quality seems good. Instruction easy to follow however do need very strong people to help as product is very heavy. Could not wait to try out our new BBQ. Followed the instructions to ensure the curing process was carried out and then decided to try something simple and make a home made pizza using the pizza stone which came free with our purchase. Sadly after 3 hours of trying to get the bbq up to temperature we ended up cooking our pizza in our kitchen oven as the bbq never reached above 165oC. Please advise Bar be quick is there something else we should be doing. The bottom and top vents had been opened fully and the charcoal glowing.
